Yes, an adult signature will be required for the delivery of all orders.
Will I be able to use multiple sources of payment or split the payment?
We can accept multiple forms of payment for merchandise, but you will have to call our store at 917-740-4218 for us to process the transaction.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, the day your item is shipped, a Fedex tracking number will be sent to you by email. Items usually arrive within 2 days and you will be required to sign for the package.
I want my order delivered on Saturday, what should I do?
All orders are shipped on a Monday, but under special request we will choose the Saturday delivery option as a courtesy for no extra charge.
Are your shipments secured/insured?
Yes, all Drip Brothers shipments are insured for their full value during transit. You will be required to sign for the package.
Can I return a custom piece of jewelry?
No, all custom items are a final sale and cannot be returned.

How often do you update your inventory?
We here at Drip Brothers update our inventory several times per week. New items are added every few days.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 11AM - 7PM, and Saturday from 11AM - 6PM.
Does Drip Brothers ship internationally?
No, we currently just ship in North America. But Subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to know if we start international shipping.
Can you ship my item to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, but Drip Brothers requires you must first call your credit card company and add the shipping address to your account.

How can I get my jewelry insured against loss or theft?
We do not sell jewelry insurance, but we recommend www.insureyourjewelry.com or www.jewelersmutal.com for jewelry insurance.
Is Drip brothers an authorized Rolex Dealer?
No, we are not an authorized dealer of any watch brands. Watches from Drip Brothers come with a 1 year Icebox warranty, and no manufacturer's warranty.
Do you resize the ring if I have a problem with its size? If yes, what are the charges for the same?
Yes, we will resize the ring free of charge within 90 days of purchase. We can typically re-size rings up to two sizes up or down. Please note that eternity ring designs cannot be re-sized & after resizing the purchase becomes final sale "No exchange & No Return".
Will I be charged sales tax on my dripbrothers.com purchase?
All orders within the state of Georgia are subject to 8.9% sales tax. If your order is being shipped outside of the state of Georgia, you will not be charged sales tax.
What is your return policy?
You may return items purchased online for an exchange towards in-stock items (of equal or greater value) within 7 days of the package signed for. No refunds. Special orders, custom orders, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and considered a Final Sale. Transactions with trade-ins are non-returnable and considered a Final Sale. Items must be returned by the purchaser in their original, unused, saleable condition (with no alterations, including sizing or engraving) in original packaging with receipts, paperwork, documentation, watch links, etc. Shipping costs are not refundable. To initiate a return, customers MUST contact our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Number. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 917-740-4218. Items purchased in store can be exchanged in store without a Return Authorization Number, other restrictions apply. How to Prepare a Return: Obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must write this Return Number clearly on the exterior of the package before sending it out to us.
